Sentence of a Court-Martial.

--The case of B. D'Orsay Ogden, arrested some time since while attempting to reach the enemy's lines, has recently been disposed of by court-martial. The specification upon which he was tried, was "absence from his command without leave," and the finding of the court was "three months imprisonment at hard labor." With the exception of a few days confinement in Castle Thunder prison, Ogden has been an inmate of the hospital, where, we understand, he still remains.
