A Kick for McClellan.

--The Count of Paris, who served on McClellan's staff, in a letter to Mr. F. M. Edge, of London, criticises McClellan's military policy, as well as his great mistake in leading the political movement of last fall. The Count adds that his entire sympathies were with Mr. Lincoln before the election, and that he bitterly regrets the fatal lack of energy and of moral courage displayed by McClellan in the Peninsula campaign.
