A Historical Relic.

--The famous blue bowl so often used on festive occasions by the Richmond Light. Infantry Blues is still in preservation. We saw it yesterday at "The Place," on Fourteenth street. This bowl is seventy-nine years old, will hold thirty-six gallons, and is to be filled with egg-nogg on the occasion of the reorganization of the old company, which is now in progress. It is stated that this old bowl was rescued from the conflagration on the 3d of April by an exception of the Blues.
