The report of Captain Hunter, of the rebel steamer Curlew, of the engagement between himself and the Union batteries at Hatteras, reminds us of the famous report of Captain Hollins , and is equally true.
In it he states that "he sighted his rifled gun at the Harriet Lane. " The Harriet Lane is not anywhere near Hatteras, being at present flag-ship of the Potomac flotilla.
