Telegrams flow about from different places on the Ohio representing that the rebels were invading Eastern Kentucky in large numbers, under General Buckner . Rebel pickets were stated to be all along the Cumberland, and the river was falling and would soon be fordable. A dispatch was, however, sent from Louisville (dated the 19th May) to quiet alarm....
