Confederate States Congress. Thursday, March 21. Senate--The senate met at 2 o'clock and was called to order by Mr. Bunter of Va. Frayer by Rev. Mr. Solomon, of the Baptist Church. Mr. Caperton, by leave, introduced a bill conferring temporary rank and command the officers of the C. S.
