From the army of the Kanawha. Evacuation of Kanawha Valley by the Federals--Gen. Floyd on his way to Kentucky--movements of Gens. Lee and Loring. Lynchburg, Va., Oct. 25. --A gentleman reached here this evening, who left Gen. Floyd's command on the 20th inst., and says that the Federals have evacuated the entire Valley of the Kanawha, and that Gen. Floyd was now on his way to Kentucky. General Loring, after sending a detachment down the Kanawha Valley, was returning with his forces to his old position near Valley Mountain. Gen. Lee was still at Meadow Bluff.

Decision of Judge Magrath. Charleston, Oct. 25. --In the Confederate Court, on yesterday, Judge Magrath delivered his opinion in favor of the constitutionality of the sequestration law, thus refusing to sustain the demurrers of Messrs. Pettigra, Mitchell and Whaley.
