Since the final settlement of the suits upon the extra dividend question the Board has paid in full the entire amount of accrued interest. Springfield,Ill., Nov. 19--The Bank Commissioners have been in session here for several days, and have issued a call upon twenty two banks in this State for additional security, in amounts varying from three to eight per cent, of their circulation, to be paid within thirty-five days. The deficit is less than $300,000. No doubt is entertained that the banks embraced in the call will promptly respond. Trial and conviction for murder. Portsmouth,N. H., Nov. 19.--The trial of R. S. Richardson and Sarah Ann Healy, for poisoning Stephen Healy, husband of the latter, closed to-day. Mrs. Healy was acquitted; Richardson was convicted of murder in the second degree, and was sentenced to thirty years imprisonment in the State prison.
