Indefinitely Postponed.--The bill amending an act passed March 6th, 1858, entitled "an act to amend the 2d section of an act passed March 2d, 1858, entitled ' an act to organize the militia and provide for the defence of the Common wealth,'" was taken up on motion of Mr. Crump, amended, and as amended, read a second time; and the question being, Shall the bill be engrossed and read a third time? Mr. Phelps moved the indefinite postponement of the bill; and the question being on agreeing thereto, was put and decided in the affirmative. Senate Bill Pa
