Good wishes.
--The women are hard to beat to the expression of good wishes or the accomplishment, in a peculiarly neat and taking way, of those little offices of kindness which go straight to the vicinity of man's heart.
As a proof, we give a little scrap picked up in the street and handed to us, it having evidently been pinned to a bouquet handed to one of our brave soldier lads.
Here it is:
"Accept this bouquet with my compliments.
I wish you much success in the noble cause in which you are about to participate.
May in All wise Providence guide and direct you on defence of our just rights.
Yours.
