The object of this communication is to call attention to the present condition and future prospects of that most unfortunate portion of our glorious old Commonwealth, Western Virginia. The present campaign appears to be drawing to a close, at least as it regards this division of the army; and, at this point, the inquiry naturally arises, what has been accomplished?
