Commissioner's sale of a slave. --In pursuance of a decree of the County Court of Henrico, pronounced on the 6th day of January, 1864, in the cause styled Garthright vs Garthright, &c, the undersigned, who was appointed Special Commissioner therein, will proceed to sell on Monday, the 18th day of January, 1864, at 12 o'clock M, in front of the State Court-House, in the city of Richmond, one slave named Fleming.
