Richmond & Danville R. R. Supt's office,Richmond, March 30, 1864 Supposed to have Run Away — John, the property of R. A. A. Watson, of Nottoway county, hired to work on the Richmond & Danville Railroad. He had a pass to go to his master's on the 19th inst, since which time he has not been heard from. He is a dark mulatto about five feet ten inches high, and is of slender build, very sprightly, and about 18 years old. He is supposed to be either a Petersburg or Lynchburg. A voice from the Georgia troops in the field. The following proceedings of the troops of Gordon's Georgia brigade (Gen. Lee's army) will be read with interest: Camp Gordon's brigade,near Rapidan river, Va., March 30, 1864. According to previous notice the Georgia regiments composing Gordon's brigade assembled to-day to express their confidence in, and adhesion to, the present Administration. Very nearly the entire brigade was present and entered with spirit into the meeting. Gen. John B. Gordon being called on, addressed the meeting in a brief, enthusiastic, and spirited speech, explaining the object of the meeting, &c. on motion of Capt. W. H. Howard, 60th Ga regiment, Col.
