Confiscation of Georgia property by the U. S. Government in order to Coerce the State to return to allegiance. --The Atlanta (Ga.) Confederation, of the 16th, contains the following: On the 6th of April last, Mr. E. W. Holland, President of the Bank of Fulton, sent to the U. S.
