A Black Republican outrage in Massachusetts. The following letter from a respectable citizen of Wales, Mass., to a gentleman in New York, is copied from the Day Book of that city: Wales, Mass., 29th July, 1861. Sir: I received your kind letter of the 5th inst., and was rejoiced that you take such an interest in my unhappy case.
