Important from East Tennessee.Assassination of Gen. Ca Mobile, August 7.--A special dissipate Advertiser and Register, dated. day, says: Heavy skirmishing commenced Tuesday with a large portion of the enemy, at Tagowell, seven from Cumberland Gap.
