Swain, Charles Bogey, sent from Captain Bocker for Court Martial; John Weish, deserter from Rogers's cavalry; Andrew J. Tuck deserter from the 5th Virginia Charles Albright deserter from the Montgomery True Blues; T. Keith, deserter from the 1st Virginia battalion; Upshur D. Ferrell, for Court-Martial; Thomas Filbates, for traveling on another man's papers.
