The Court-Martial.
--Col. C. St. Geo. Nowland is President, and Robt. Culd Judge Advocate, of the Court Martial now in session here.
Yesterday two deserters, one liquor seller, one soldier for sleeping on his post, and one man for aiding and abetting a soldier to desert, were tried.
All of the cases save the last were concluded.
During its present sitting the Court has tried a very large number of cases, and all of them save one originated in the Eastern District, which is under the control of Capt. G. W. Alexander.
He has in charge the most turbulent portion of the city.
