Discharged prisoners. The following prisoners were discharged by Gen. Winder on Monday. They were civilians arrested for alleged treasonable communications with the enemy — but as the Generals who had them arrested and sent hither, failed to produce the testimony of their guilt, they were discharged, and sent to their homes at the expense of the Government; Robert Allen, residence Fairfax county; Ellas Beach, Fairfax; G. W. Fox, Nicholas; J. Kincald, Nicholas; J. C. Kelly, Prince William; James Plasket, Fairfax, and W. T. Morton, Prince William. A short time -ce some prisoners of a similar character -e discharged and sent to Drainsville. If re- rankied in their hearts, they have indeed avenged themselves, if it be true, as stated by many officers, that the recent bloody -buscade was planned by them in conjunction with the Yankees.
