September 17th, The same bounty was authorized to be paid to each resident of Danvers enlisting in Captain Allen's Company, when mustered in and credited to the town. At this meeting the following resolution was adopted:— Resolved, That had there been no slavery, thehe votes of the town passed on the 11th of September, 1862.
