Strump was committed for a month in default of bail, to be of good behavior. He was charged with drinking too much, and fighting with Jos. Woof. The latter entered bail, and was let off.--Jas. E. Carter was arraigned for petty larceny, in stealing three gallons of linseed oil from Miles Ambler's shop, on Mayo street. Mr. B. D.
