Mayor's Court, Thursday, April 16th. --James F. Ashley was remanded for indictment for violently assaulting and beating Fleming Gentry in one of the public streets of the city. Billy slave of Sarah Andrews, was ordered 20 lashes for stealing a piece of timber from Daniel Sullivan. The case of Wm. J.
