Thirty-Fifth Georgia Regiment. We are requested to publish the following list of casualties in Company H, 35th Regiment Georgia Volunteers, in the battle of Seven Pines, May 31st, Lieut. C. M. Tuggle commanding. The company suffered severely in the second charge, led on by Col. E. L. Thomas, and only retired when compelled to do so by the gathering darkness: Killed: Privates Wm B Duren and Henry H Tuggle. Wounded: Isaac D Wiley, severely in thigh; Francis M Thomas, in thigh; Henry D Anglin, in head; Spencer Tillerson, in shoulder and arm by bombshell; David H Puckett, in side by piece of bomb; Sergeant P Williams, in hip by piece bombshell; James J Johnson, finger; Geo W McKinzey, in head, slight; John W Herren, hip, by horse running over him; W B J Payne, by tree top falling on him; John M Fox, by tree top, hurt in back; Wm M Collier, in breast, slight.
