August 13.--Three scouts returned last evening from Charleston, Missouri, bringing three Confederate prisoners well armed and mounted. The prisoners state that General Pillow's Tennessee forces had re- landed at New Madrid, and Jeff Thompson contemplated an immediate attack on Cape Girardeau. Codensburg, N.
