Boatman drowned. --A negro slave named Robert Tyler, hired by Thomas J. Bagby to the Virginia Towing Company, in charge of one of their lighters, was drowned at Warwick's Bar on Sunday night. He is supposed to have walked overboard. His body had not been recovered up to yesterday.
