Remanded. --The three young follows named David Broderick, Joseph W. Barger, and Jno. Lynch, charged with obstructing Alder man Sanxay in his endeavors to preserve the public peace, on the occasion of the resent riot, on 10th, near Main street, were brought before the Mayor yesterday, and after under going an examination, which demonstrated the thorough ruffianism of the entire proceeding, and the abandoned and reckless character of the rioters themselves, they were committed to stand an indictment by the Hustings Court Grand Jury on the second Monday in May next.
