Real Estate.--The demand for Real Estate seems unabated, but the highest prices are paid for desirable dwellings, the early possession of which is guaranteed to the purchaser. Among the auction sales of this description of real estate this week we note the sale of the fine residence of Judge John A Meredith, (formerly Judge Daniel's,) at the corner of Grace and 7th streets, for the sum of $85,000, and the residence of Mr. F. J. Baros in rear of the Second Baptist church, for $16,293. The total amount of the sales of real estate in the city, at auction, in November, is stated to be $115, Produce.--Wheat has an advancing tendency, but we quote from sales at the mills as follows: White, $4@4.15, Red, $3.90@4--for prime qualities Corn is selling at $3 per bushel. Oats, $2.50. The Tobacco market is less animated. we note sales at the Exchange of Common Leaf at $8.50 @10.50, Good do at $12.50@35; Lugs, $4.50@12.H
