Mayor's Court yesterday. --Bernard Neagle, for pulling the ears of Jno. Emenhauser's son, was required to give $150 security to be of good behavior in future. John Emenbauser, for applying various ugly epithets to Bernard Neagle in consequence of his pulling his son's aural appendage, was required to give $100 security. Henry Barrett, charged by Miss Eutacia Kelley with the ownership of an occasional infant, was required to give $200 bail for his appearance this morning. Mortimer Mann, arrested for trying to raise a free fight at an Irish party, being a soldier, was sent sent before Gen. Winder. Frances Divine, for stealing articles of wearing apparel, valued at $200, from Catherine Conners, underwent an examination, and was sent before the Hustings Court for further trial.
