--Yesterday morning, the notorious negro heroine in the Duke case, Lizzie Seals, was before Judge McEntee on the charge of stealing money from Mr. Batkins, and, confessing the same, she was convicted of grand larceny and sentenced to two years confinement at hard labor in the penitentiary.
