On Wednesday night officer Granger arrested Handly, and brought him before the Mayor yesterday morning. The Mayor having heard the facts, sent Handly on to the Hustings Court. Handly is one of the three men recently acquitted by the Hustings Court of the charge of robbing one Mary Broderick.
