Factory and mill burnt.
--On Thursday morning, the spoke factory at Haymarket, Prince William county, Va., with saw and grist mill attached, was destroyed by fire, besides a quantity of material, spokes, &c. Mr. Edmond Berkley, the owner of the property, sustains a loss of between $5,000 and $10,000. The machinery is an entire loss.
