Berry, was arraigned before the Mayor yesterday for having in her possession a vial of arsenic.--like satisfactorily accounted for its possession, and was dismissed. Samuel Randolph, a Goochland free negro, was up for being in the city contrary to law. Randolph proved that he was at work making cartridges for the Southern Confederacy, and was let off.
