Virginia State Convention.Fiftieth day. Friday, April 12, 1861. Friday, April 12, 1861. The Convention was called to order at 10 o'clock. Prayer by the Rev. Mr. Bosserman, of the Universalist Church. Mr. Blow presented a memorial from citizens of Norfolk city, requesting him to vote for an Ordinance of Secession. The paper, he said, contained 602 signatures; and he was satisfied, from a careful examination, that they embraced the entire Secession party of Norfolk. The total voter, Morris, Morton, Richardson, Rives, Sheffey, Slaughter, Speed, Strange, Sutherlin, Tredway, Robert H. Turner, Tyler Waller, Williams, Wilson, Wise, and Wysor.--53. Nays.--Messrs.
