Not a Valuable citizen.
--A man named Christopher Bolton, a resident of Henrico county, being summoned on yesterday to join the militia at the new Fair Grounds, refused to take up arms in defence of the South, but said he would do so after it had secured its independence.

He was conveyed to Castle Godwin.
