dentally got hold of the bags. His Honor ordered him to be corrected for making such a mistake. Mrs. Mary Hollins came forward, and magnanimously dismissed the prosecution which on Saturday she instituted against Bridget Holland for striking her with a flat iron. Henry, a slave, was ordered 20 lashes for having been found with a ham of bacon, whose possession he could not satisfactorily account for. D. Euker & Co. were fined $20 for creating a nuisance on Pink alley.
