Recovery of stolen goods. --On Saturday night, about 2 o'clock, Watchmen Perrin and Branch discovered at Rocketts a cart containing a white man and negro, and deeming the time an unusual one for persons to be going on honest business, stepped up and accosted the occupants, both of whom sprang to the ground and made tracks.
