Arrest of suspicious Characters. --On Saturday last, two soldiers, giving their names as Carter Martin and Charles Wright, and representing themselves to be members of Captain William H. Caskie's battery at Staunton, were apprehended by our pickets near Hanover C. H., and lodged in the jail of that county by order of General Branch, until their status could be more satisfactorily ascertained.
