Jones, Pamela Jones Justice Brocks and Eliza Broaddus, also Mr. Edwin Broaddus; and express the opinion, from personal observation, that there is not the slightest Yankee in the composition of any of them. The names of the arrested parties are Thos Luton, D. Wagner, B. F. Robinson, E. J. Robinson, Thomas Haley and John J. Grassitt. A patient examination took place yesterday before Gen. Winder, who determined to hold Haley and Grassitt as witnesses only.
