This handsome pamphlet gives a perspicuous and well written narrative of the wrongs which Maryland and her people have suffered under the Lincoln despotism, embracing letters and documents exhibiting the process by which the minions of power accomplished the subjugation of the State. The geographical position and great manufacturing and commercial resources are next set forth in a clear and comprehensive style, and the propositions ably demonstrated that it is the interest of Maryland that she should go with the South, and the interest of the South that Maryland should go with her.
