, Jan. 2. --Mr. Johnson, the Provisional Governor of Kentucky, has issued a proclamation announcing that an election will be held on the 22d inst. for Representatives to the Permanent Congress at Richmond. The election will be by general ticket. The Kentucky House of Representatives, at Frankfort, have expelled several members for alleged complicity with rebels. Under the confiscation act of the Kentucky Legislature, the Frankfort authorities have attached the property of Gen. Buckner, Wm. Preston, and Edward Crutchfield, each to the value of twenty thousand dollars. Memphis, Jan. 2.--It is reported here that Gen. Pillow resigned his command at Columbus, a few days ago, and has gone home. [Second Dispatch.] Nashville, Jan. 2. --Gen.
