Convicted of Grand larceny.
--A man named William McDonal, formerly connected with the New Orleans Zouaves, was put on trial in the Hustings Court yesterday, for stealing a navy Colt's pistol from Charles J. Clements, several weeks since, at Bradford's drinking-house, on Franklin street.--The jury, after patiently listening to Mr. Wm. P. Burwell's defence of the accused, found him guilty, and assessed his term in the Penitentiary at three years. The Judge immediately passed sentence, and McDonald was thereupon taken to his future abode.
