Company "H," first regiment Virginia Volunteers.
--This fine company, which actively participated in the battles of Ball Run and Manassas, held an election on the 26th of April, in order to a reorganization of the company, in compliance with the requirements of recent acts of legislation, both by Congress and the State.
The following named gentlemen were elected officers: W. E. Tysinger, former 2d Lieutenant, Captain; Abner J. Watkins, former 1st Sergeant, 1st Lieutenant; Elison W. Martin, 2d Lieut. P. Carrington Cabell, Jr. 2d Lieut. The old officers, with one exception, declined a re-nomination.
