Riperced Resignation of Lincoln's Secretary of War.
Our special telegraphic dispatch from Norfolk mentions a report of the resignation of Simon Cameron, the Federal Secretary of War.
It is notorious that Lincoln and Cameroon differed in their views of important matters connected with the war policy, and a Cabinet explosion has been predicted for from the past.
We, therefore, regard the report as quite probable.
