From Fortress Monroe.Northern accounts. The Baltimore Sun, of the 20th inst., has the following: The steamer Adelaide, Captain Cannon, arrived yesterday morning from Old Point Comfort. She brought up a number of passengers, among whom are Colonel Bartlett, of the naval brigade, which is disbanded, Mr. Hildreth, brother-in-law of Gen. Butler, and wife.
