Proceedings in the Courts. Hustings Court, Tuesday, October 14th, 1862. --Present: R. D. Sanxay, Jas. Bray, Wm. W. Timberlake, N. C. Lipscomb, and Chas. E. Anderson. Joseph G. Griswold and Edw'd. Y.
