Continued. --A soldier named John Carlton, charged with stealing a horse some time since from Mr. George Miles, of Lancaster, was yesterday arraigned before the Mayor for examination. Robert Craddock deposed that on Thursday last he was informed by Mr. Miles that his horse had been stolen from him, and suspicion rested upon a man named Carlton as the thief.
