Threats against a witness.
--Wm. Carson, an operative at the Tredegar Iron Works, was carried before the Mayor on Saturday, for threatening to take the life of Ann Beazley for appearing as a witness against Edward Keeling, the latter being charged with a malicious attempt on the life of Fred.
