Since the above was in type we have learned that the enemy evacuated Gloucester, after hearing of McClellan's retreat, blowing up their magazine and throwing their guns into the river. Capture of Yankees by Cavalry. Brief mention has been made of the capture of 150 Yankees, by the Jeff. Davis Legion, under command of Lieut. Col. Martin. From facts since placed in our possession it appears that at the time referred to Col. Martin was in command of the 4th Virginia Cavalry (Capt.
