The Journal says: We learn from the Cincinnati Gazette that the steamboat Major Anderson, which arrived there on Friday from Louisville, had on board four prisoners from Warsaw, in charge of a guard of twelve men belonging to the 20th Ohio. Their names are: John J. Marshall, son of the Falstaffian Humphrey; Lorenzo Graves, Judge of the County Court at Warsaw; Hiram Baldwin, Clerk of said Court; and Dr. A. B. Chambers, a member of the State Legislature. The latter gentleman was peculiarly rampant in beholding the "invasion" of the sacred soil of Warsaw by Col. Whittlesey's command. He threatened to burn the town in case it was not immediately evacuated by the "Lincoln hirelings." Mr. Baldwin, on hearing that he was about to be placed in military custody, betook himself to bed.
