Mr. Christian called up engrossed bill incorporating the Staunton Savings Bank, which was passed.--The engrossed bill for the relief of John Robinson, a free negro of Rockingham county, was, on motion of Mr. Woolfolk, indefinitely postponed. Senate bill incorporating the American Agency, with its amendments, was called up on motion of Mr. Segar, and being put on its passage, was carried — ayes 57, noes 35. The bill incorporating the Patrick Springs Female College was called up, on motion of Mr.
